Seasoning Salt for Lamb Roast with Cumin

Seasoning salt for lamb roast contains Hiiu juniper berries, garlic, oregano, rosemary and of course the very exciting cumin and salt flakes, so you don't have to skimp on the flavors. Usage: As one of many options, we offer a recipe for slow-cooked lamb roast. Rub the lamb selected for roasting with Hiiu Gourmet lamb roast seasoning salt. Leave in the refrigerator overnight. A few hours before cooking, bring to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees. Place the seasoned lamb shank on a deeper baking tray, add a little water. Cook for 10 minutes at maximum heat and then reduce the oven temperature to 140 degrees, cover the shank with a lid or foil and cook for about six hours or longer (depending on the size of the shank). Juniper berry mustard goes well with it, for example.
